Faithful Masspire users, we have been good to you. Masspire version 1.1 is here. Although it may be just a .1 upgrade in version, it is at least a .8 upgrade in awesome, and we did it all for you.

These are the new tricks that Masspire has learned:

• Playlist. We certainly didn’t expect you to listen to songs one at a time. Just press a button and go. It’s worth it. We didn’t know what to expect when we launched a site devoted exclusively to small musicians, but what we got is a lot of really good music.
• Grab Six Songs Button. Just press it and go.
• Homepage and Design Upgrade. Now with far more sexy.
• Episodes & Songs of the Day. The best way for us to get your music to an audience is to bring your work to them. Every Friday, we’ll release another Episode, with Songs of the Day on Wednesday and Thursday.
• Commenting, easier registration, better pathing, better writing and a lot more little things to improve the Masspire experience.

There’s still a lot more time left to qualify. 50 upvotes gets you into Round Two and closer to everything we offer. There are rumors going around that the first person to qualify for Round Two is going to get something very nice. There’s no reason that someone cannot be you. Happy browsing,
